Anyone who are working in rural areas and urban areas that are prone to the dangers of poisonous snakes should get this insurance.
This policy covers the following risks of the insured during the life of the insured.
No benefits for any reasons of death, injury and medication apart from snake bite.
Regardless of gender and age, anyone prone to the dangers of snakes can be insured.
From minimum 1 unit to maximum 10 units can be insured. (1 unit= 5 lakhs kyats)
The term of the snake-bite insurance is 1 year.
Insurance per unit is 0.1% of the sum insured. (Premium 5,00 kyats for sum insured 5 lakhs)
Premium has to be paid in a lump-sum.
If the insured is not dead but encountered a total and permanent disability, benefits will be as follows.
