A Life Insurance Agent shall satisfy the following qualification criteria
- 1. Must be a Resident of Myanmar
- 2. Must have passed Matriculation exam (or) Bachelor Degree
- 3. Must not be involved in money laundering or financing terrorism activities
- 4. Must not have been denied or rejected for an insurance agent license
- 5. Must not have been declared bankrupt
- 6. Must not have been convicted of a criminal offense or any offence involving
dishonesty, fraud or misrepresentation
- 7. Must present in training sessions offered by KBZ LIFE Insurance
- 8. Must satisfy such other requirements which may be prescribed by the FRD from
time to time

A Corporate Agent shall satisfy the following qualification criteria
- 1. All individuals involved in the corporate business are required to hold valid
insurance agent licenses
- 2. A financial institution who intends to perform as a Corporate Agent shall hold not less than three individuals with valid insurance licenses
- 3. Corporate insurance agents are to adhere to the Insurance Business Law, the relevant rules, regulations, directives or any other existing law affecting their conduct of business
- 4. Any management level personnel in the corporate insurance agent must not be engaged by any other insurance business
- 5. The corporate insurance agent must satisfy such other requirements which may be prescribed by the FRD from time to time
